The king-sized bed I booked was initially unavailable, so I ended up with two full-sized beds without explanation. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature and was outdated. I appreciated the nice gentleman at check-in. He was friendly and informative about local attractions. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. There were food stains on the walls and dirt in the hallways. Breakfast options were minimal. Only coffee was available, and no alternative beverages like juice were offered. I encountered issues with electrical outlets not working as well. Despite the comfortable beds, the overall state of the hotel was disappointing.

The location turned out to be particularly good, so close to Sherman, TX, and Dallas. The staff were very pleasant, they made me feel welcome. I was upgraded to a cheap triple room with double beds.

Room for Improvement
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It's a great starting point for exploring nearby attractions.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The floors were dirty, and I noticed some stains on the linens, disheartening.

This place is far from ideal. The room reeked of smoke, and the cleanliness was appalling. The bed was like I was sleeping on a rock, and the toilet barely flushed. The air conditioning was ineffective, and the parking lot had hazards with debris. If cleanliness and comfort are priorities, look elsewhere.
